Check Up And Treatment For Piles

all treatment guidelines as below.
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.
* As per my surgical experience, the piles check up require visit to your
nearby surgeon and get proctoscopy examination on OPD basis.
The treatment depends upon the degree of piles as
@ 1st degree piles are usually asymptomatic and accidental finding, does
not require any active management except avoidance of constipation.
@ 2nd degree piles are symptomatic with on & off constipation induced
bleeding per rectum, coming out of tissue when defecation and going
inside with or without assistance.
Many require OPD visits for symptomatic medications, laxative for smooth
stool, bleeding control with tranexamic acid or else, Sitz bath help great.
More symptomatic and refractory cases opt surgery or laser therapy.
@ 3rd degree prolapsed, thrombosed piles definitely need surgical
intervention.
However if you can provide your symptoms in details, I can guide further precisely in that direction.
Wish you best recovery.
Regards.
