Hi doctor yes it comes an go i begin to notice when i eat fried food it thats the time it comes on strong also its mostly in the centre of chest sometimes feels it
move to my belly area

Try reducing spicy food and you can take Proton pump inhibitor like Pantoprazole or Rabeprazole 40mg empty stomach in the morning.
