Thank you for giving the details.
As he is having only fever with no other symptoms, we need not worry. This is probably a viral fever only. He will be alright in 3-4 days.
A he is 13kg, Crocin 120 will not be sufficient. Give him 5ml of Crocin syrup(250mg/5ml) 3-4 times daily for 3 days. Let him take some rest and drink enough fluids.
If fever is not coming down by 4th day, new symptoms develops, or he becomes lethargic and not accepting feeds, we will need further evaluation. Otherwise, no need to worry now.
