Brief Answer:
artificial tears and topical antihistamine drops

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The most common reason for continuous itching is allergic conjunctivitis.

If you know the particular allergen that is causing the problem for you then you an avoid it. It may be dust, pollen, animal dander

In addition, the following may also help: (1) the use of artificial tears- these help to dilute the allergen and any substance on the surface of the eyes that is irritating them.
It helps to flush the eyes

(2)topical antihistamines drops to the eyes eg elestat or optivar or emadine or ketotifen

(3)other allergy drops eg pataday or alomide

You can consider the use of the tears along with one of the allergy drops for faster relief

If you still have symptoms then you can add an oral antihistamine temporarily eg zyrtec, allegra, claritine, benadryl etc

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
