The lump is by my groin. I feel a lump under the skin. It is painless and has been there for over 2 weeks. I have also been extremely tired and having diarrhea during those weeks.
Brief Answer:
Get an ultrasound done
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for the follow up.
Your description suggests that there is lymph node enlargement.
You need to get an ultrasound done to rule out the underlying cause for enlargement.
However diarrhea and weakness is not related to this enlargement.
Please get an ultrasound done as soon as possible.
Let me know if you have any doubts.
Thank you.

Could it be a sign of lymphoma?
Brief Answer:
Not Lymphoma
Detailed Answer:

Thanks for the follow up.
Lymphoma usually always presents with fever and night sweats. Also multiple groups of lymph nodes are involved.
It is unlikely that you have developed lymphoma, however it's better to get investigated.
Get an ultrasound of the enlarged lymph nodes done along with a peripheral blood smear for white blood cells.
Let me know if you have any doubts.
Thank you.
