Brief Answer:
This is allergic in nature, not a fungal infection

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query and reviewed the attached photographs.
It is not looking like a fungal infection.
It seems to be an allergic reaction.
You can continue with the medicines prescribed today.
They are fine.
Histafree 120 is absolutely fine dosage for a 7 year old.
It is not excess dose.
The allergic reaction will take time to improve.
Medicines need to be continued for 3-4 days to show significant results.
Single dose of omnacortil won’t show significant results.

today another paediatric shown. He told it is vehicular rash. He prescribed Ketokonazole LOTION 2% to apply from head to toe diluted with water and take cetrizine 5ml.
I applied today LOTION but after 45 mins very small rashes appeared on back and hand.
Is it better to continue previous prescription as stated by you?
