Vaginal dryness in post menopausal women is very common due to decreasing estrogen levels in the body.
Management of post menopausal vaginal dryness is staright forward.
-You can apply over the counter moisturizing vaginal creams like Replens. Usual recommended frequency of application of replens is once every 3 days.
-Avoid vaginal douching or application of scented lotion, soaps etc as it can worsen the dryness.
-If these mesures do not help, topical vaginal estrogen creams are recommneded. These are available on prescription basis. Topical estrogen creams are safe and do not cause systemic side effects.

If any itching, burning, discharge, bleeding or other unusal symptoms are noticed, follow up with ObGyn to rule out infection/other pathologies.
