Brief Answer:
Management of hair fall

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to ask a doctor service
I have gone through your query.
There are many causes of hair fall and treatment depends on the cause.
The most common causes are hormonal imbalance, anemia, thyroid dysfunction, vitamin D and vitamin B12 deficiencies, chronic diseases, certain medicines, fevers like typhoid and dengue, recent surgery, accidents, trauma, stress and crash dieting.
I would recommend you to get your haemoglobin, thyroid function tests, serum vitamin D levels, serum vitamin B12 levels and serum ferritin levels to exclude causes of hair loss.
Meanwhile for dandruff go for an anti dandruff shampoo containing ciclopirox olamine every alternate day and take hair supplements containing biotin 10 mg once daily.
Regards
Dr Asmeet
