Brief Answer:
Isotretinoin cream...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

These are post inflammatory pigmentation spots.

Skin undergo constant turnover as part of its life cycle. All post inflammatory pigmentation spots fade away as part of skin life cycle. The process may take few weeks to months based on amount of pigmentation. So I would not be overly worried about these spots.

If the pigmentation spots are cosmetically disfiguring, you can try isotretinoin creams like 0.05% retino cream on the affected spots. Retino cream cause skin exfoliation and thereby fastening the process. Apply a thin layer of the retino cream on the affected areas only and only at night. Using the cream during the day will cause skin darkening.

Use sunscreen lotions during the day. You may try suncross SPF 26 for additional benefits.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Brief Answer:
Isotretinoin cream...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

As I mentioned in my previous reply, it is common for a pimple to turn into dark spots. These spots are called post inflammatory pigmentation spots.

Since the spots are bothering you, try isotretinoin (retino) cream on the affected area. And follow the instructions of my previous reply. The cream will help in the process of clearing dark spots.

You should also use a sunscreen lotion as mentioned earlier.

Hope it is clear now. If you have any questions, feel free to ask.
