For Androgenetic alopecia, therapy is lifelong with topical minoxidil 5% solution and oral finasteride 1mg tablet. This is standard therapy of androgenetic alopecia with proven efficacy and is safe for long term use. So, you may continue with this for as long as possible. For sebopsoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis I would suggest you to shampoo daily with a ketoconazole and salicylic acid based shampoo e.g Salisia KT shampoo or Protar K shampoo. Unfortunately minoxidil may irritate and worsen your dandruff so you may have to use it once at night along with daily shampoo and intermittent use of clobetasol propionate 0.05% scalp lotion e.g topsor lotion during the day.

Chronic psoriasis patients are also more likely to have metabolic syndrome (impaired glucose tolerance, high blood pressure, obesity, raised serum cholesterol) as compared to the age and sex matched general population.
