It seems that you are having any upper respiratory tract infections or mild bronchitis. You can take bromhexine tablet for few days. Continue steam inhalation for the next few days. Take antiallergic tablet levocetrizine. See for next few days. If there is any cough with increase of sputum for next few days then start an antibiotic augmentin and continue the above medication.
