Deviated Septum. Large Hole In Nose From Vein Cauterixation Inferior
Your ethmoid ,maxillary sinuses opening are blocked.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
It's evident from your history that the openings of your ethmoid, maxillary sinuses are blocked.
Your frontal sinuses' opening are also narrow due to thickening of mucosa.
Basically your are having allergic sinusitis.
Moreover you are having a deviated nasal septum with septal perforation.
This septal perforation is big and it helps in recirculation of mucus within the sinus. So mucus cannot get cleared from sinuses. That's why you are having persistent sinusitis.
You can use septal button to seal the leak and prevent recirculation.
Please start using fluticasone nasal spray.
Take steam inhalation after spray.
Avoid exposure to dust and cold.
Change bed sheet, pillow cover thrice a week to avoid exposure to dust.
Start nasal breathing exercise.
After following these remedies for next 3 months you will feel better. But you have to continue at least 6 months to have optimum relief.
