Question: deviated septum. large hole in nose from vein cauterixation inferior turbinate hypertrophy. 6mmmucosal thickeng other side 3mm mucosal thickening nasal spur prominent thickeni g is at ethmoid and mixillary sinus patchy mucosal thickeninginvolving ethomoid air cells narrowed left maxillsry infundibulum narrowed frontal recesses now dr wants to start fixing me by nassl button to start i have no mucous in nose on either side no wetness days its empty nose syndrom. please advis me on all of this. will my nose get mucous again. blocked severely dry no sleep hurts so much
