Please see detailed answer below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advise.

As per your history, it seems you recently diagnosed with diabetes/deranged sugar levels.

Still please let me know your recent fasting, postprandial (after food) and HbA1c level i e 3 months average sugar. Because further line of treatment depends upon these values.

If you are in prediabetes stage than only proper diabetic diet and daily regular exercise for 30 to 40 mins may help to normalise sugar levels.

For higher blood sugar levels you may require anti diabetic medications along with diet and exercise.

In diet, avoid high calories item s like cake, ice cream, biscuits. Take plenty of vegetables and fruits like apple, guava, berries. Avoid processed and junk food.

Along with that check lipid profile, kidney function tests, eye examination, blood pressure monitoring (if not done recently).

Take proper foot care. Use soft cushioned well fitted shoes. Avoid bare foot walking.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
