Disabling Headache, Aching Teeth, Extreme Tiredness
fever?
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
welcome to the 'Ask a Doctor' service. You haven't provided much information so I can't be very detailed in my answer. Headache with aching teeth may be a symptom of severe sinusitis particularly if you also have fever, runny and stuffy nose. Tiredness is a common symptom for many diseases.
If you'd provide more information perhaps it would help me to get a better idea of your current situation. Useful information might include the following:
- when did the symptoms start and how they evolved through time?
- have you ever had the same symptoms in the past (and what was the diagnosis then) ?
- are you having headaches every so often?
- have you checked your vital signs like your heart rate, temperature, etc?
- any associated symptoms like nausea, vomiting, etc?
- your medical history (diagnosed disorders) and current treatment?

Detailed Answer:
So it seems like a headache that's already gotten better. Headaches are worrisome when any (or many!) of the following conditions apply:
- a very intense headache with sudden onset (thunderclap headache)
- a headache that's associated with neurological symptoms like localized numbness or weakness, etc
- a headache that's associated with nausea and vomiting
- a headache that awakens the patient
- a headache that's worse when lying down
- a new onset headache in a patient who has never had headaches in the past, particularly if the patient is older than 50 years.
As you see, the last condition does apply to her but if her headache is getting better she can wait it out to see what happens. If the headache gets worse again then it might be a good reason to visit the ER for a proper assessment in person.
Feeling breathless is another worrisome symptom that may be anything between a harmless anxiety attack and a serious embolic event (pulmonary embolism). Most serious disorders won't get better by themselves so her improvement is very encouraging.
Sometimes a patient may just need some time to rest. If this is not enough for her and breathlessness or the headache recur then she should visit the ER.
I hope you've got the answer you were looking for. Please let me know if you need further assistance.
Kind Regards!
