Hi,

Thank you for the query. I can understand your concern. According to your statement, you have been suffering from dizziness, loss of appetite, mild fever, insomnia and fatigue, constipation, body aches, migraine, increased anxiety.

Such type of clinical features from which you are suffering now, may result from various underlying health conditions like flu, hypoglycemia, anaemia, thyroid glands dysfunction, chronic fatigue syndrome, anxiety disorders etc.

Treatment depends on causes. You should some investigations like CBC, CRP, RBS, thyroid function tests etc to find out the exact underlying causes and then treat them accordingly.

Only take paracetamol for body ache, fever or migraines/ headache etc. Take plenty of fluids and balanced diet daily.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for joining again. Such type of headache or pressure on right side of head may result from migraines, cluster headaches, tension type headache etc. CT scan or MRI can't detect anything in migraines, cluster headaches or tension type headache.

Tension type headache is associated with dull, aching head pain with sensation of tightness or pressure across your forehead or on the side of your head.

Cluster headache is associated with severe headache on one side of your head that usually occurs on the same side of head that the pain is taking place on and may present with red teary eye, runny nose and sweating or flushing of the face.

A migraine can cause severe throbbing pain or a pulsing
sensation usually on one side of head with nausea, vomiting and extreme sensitivity to light and sound.

You can consult with a neurologist to detect the exact type of headache. In the meantime, you can take Mefenamic acid with antiulcerant with or without Flunarizine as prophylaxis.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
