Question: do i have herpes??? i have swollen lymph nodes in my groun and a scab appeared but i think it cane from too much friction. i accidentally peeled the scab this is what it looks like now

Thanks for the query.
I have gone through the picture you have attached.
The lesion does not look like a typical herpes lesion. As you said it is more likely a simple superficial skin ulcer probably due to minor scratching or friction.
Herpes ulcers usually looks like vesicle and it is almost always painful, and there is always history of high risk sexual intercourse also.
In your case it looks like a healing ulcer and you can apply over the counter available topical antibiotics like mupirocin for faster healing.
