Hi,

I would like to know what are other symptoms associated with fever and joint pain (if any).

Until then you can continue with Dolo 650mg once every 8 hours. Drink plenty of fluids. Rest adequately.

Apologies for the late reply...

I assume you have no other symptoms beside fever and body pain. Most likely you could be suffering with a viral infection. Viral infection is a self resolving condition which will take a few days to resolve. I will recommend you continue dolo 650 every 8 hours. Alternatively you may try tab zerodol twice a day for 3 days.

Drink plenty of fluids and have fresh fruits and vegetables.
