During A Month Pregnant I Had An Abortion And After
Detailed below.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
I have gone through your query and also the attached reports.
The sonogram of the breast shows normal findings but there are axillary lymph nodes appearing prominent perhaps due to an infection. Mastitis usually occurs during the first three months after childbirth, but can happen even up to 2 years after. In your case, ascending infection through the nipple or blocked ducts may have caused the infection and hence the pain.
The medication prescribed is an antibiotic combination and enzymes to aid healing. They are not known to cause any dizziness in general. Please exclude other causes like anemia, hypoglycemia and fluctuation in blood pressure. Please report to your health care provider if you do not find relief with simple measures like rest, fluid intake etc.
Avoid tight undergarments. Wear soft cotton wear and make sure the affected breast is well supported to relieve pain. You will find relief as the infection and thereby the edema is reduced.
Hope I have answered your query. Please let me know if I can assist you further. I will be happy to help.
regards,
Shanti.V.

Hello,
Thanks for writing back.
A cold compress can be used without applying pressure to relieve edema and pain.
The analgesic medication also can be used.
Firm but not hard breast support helps to relieve the weight and ease the pain.
Cause of the pain is infection and dizziness is mostly due to the infection and the pain. Please report to your health care provider to see if there are any other causes like low blood glucose, anemia, fall in blood pressure, etc., causing the dizziness. Such things should also be corrected.
Hope you find this information useful. Please let me know if I can assist you further.
