Brief Answer:
Proper ENT check-up recommended...

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query in detail...

You haven't mentioned your age,
Since how long you're suffering from this?
When was the ear infection detected? Did you have any ENT check-up yet?
Did you have any recent history of traveling anywhere in the recent past?
Are you taking medications for this?

If this a persistent/ongoing case for a while, you should thoroughly get yourself checked up by the ENT specialist... based on the findings, further investigations may also be required as well as antibiotics therapy...

In the meantime, stay hydrated by drinking a lot of water, do warm salt-water gurgling three times a day, don't delay the check-up any longer...

Take Care
Kind Regards
