Question: earlier during the month I believed was pregnant. I was having alot of symptoms inulding sore breast, nausea, bloating, cravings, and I was incredibly tired. I tried to take a pregnancy test and it came back negative. A few days ago I started having severe cramps and bleeding similar to a period and it came on very sudden, but I track my peorids and I was not suppose to start for another 4-5 days. Is it possible I had an early miscarrage?

Brief Answer:
It is needed a blood bHcg test to confirm it.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

The symptoms of an early pregnancy are the same with those of premenstrual symptoms so by only these symptoms and bleeding can't be said if it was a early miscarriage.
Most of the early miscarriages during first weeks go unnoticed
The only way to know if it is an miscarriage is that you should do a bHcg blood test.
The urine pregnancy test is done only if you are five days on delay otherwise it doesn't show anything
Hope I have answered the question .
Let me know if I can assist you further.
