Question: every 3 months I will cough really hard and then find these hard gray blobs in my throat. I haven't shown a doctor these because they always pop up after hours and I dont have any pain, it's just weird.

Hii. Please consult an Ent surgeon and a chest physician. If needed you may have to give a throat swab for culture and sensitivity to microbiology laboratory. You also may need to do an endoscopy of the larynx and nose and chest x ray. You may need to start nasal spray, betadine gargle, antibiotic, steam inhalation. But ent surgeon will decide the management after seeing you.
