Every Once In A While I Will Start To Breath

Question: every once in a while I will start to breath and my upper stomach just below the point in my ribcage will bubble and kind of spasm. kind of like I have fluid in my lungs but I don't. I does not hurt in any was at all mostly feels after like I need to burp. goes away quickly. I do have heartburn quite a bit tho.

You have symptoms of Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD).
For relief-
1. Take omeprazole twice a day before food
2. Reduce weight if obese. Maintain your BMI at less than 25
3. Avoid smoking and alcohol ( If you have these habits)
4. Avoid coffee, citrus, chocolates, carbonated beverages, fatty food
5. Eat multiple smaller meals
6. Go to bed at least 2 hours after food.
