Use anti-sensitivity toothpaste.
Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Well , for sensitivity start using anti-sensitivity toothpaste.
Apply the paste equal to size of pea on your teeth and gently massage with your fingers.
Keep for half a minute and then brush with it.
Follow for 15 days for maximum and then switch to your regular toothpaste.
Avoid very hot and cold foods and fluids..
For bad breath chew flavoured sugar free chewing gum.
Gargle with antiseptic mouthwash preferably flavoured.
Drink plenty of water.
Maintain a good oral hygiene.
Gargle with warm water after meals.
Avoid high aroma foods like raw onion , garlic etc..
