Question: feeling pain in the anus while bowel movement, this causes pain only during bowel movement after that it's okay. this has been there two to three months changed my food habits like not eating non veg or meat and only eating greens and healthy foods for last three months but I didnt get cured.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

From your description, it seems to be anal fissure. For anal fissure, best is lifestyle management like drinking atleast 3-4 liters of water and fluids in a day. Drink 2 glasses in morning empty stomach and two glasses in evening. Also drink water when thirsty and alongwith food as needed. It is better to drink cleaner water. Eat atleast 5 fruits in a day. Natural laxatives like milk, juice, prunes are better for managing constipation.
You can apply lignocaine or vaseline jelly in anal area before passing stools. This will help in pain relief and avoid constipation. You must sit in washroom after getting up in morning for atleast 20-30 minutes and allow motions to happen. It is physiologically easier to pass motions in the morning.
You can visit a surgeon if all this doesnot make it better. He may do some investigations to find the cause.
