After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that your symptoms are most likely because of seasonal variations causing common cold with throat infection (most likely viral).
It’s symptoms will resolve in a couple of days and by that time symptomatic treatment is needed. Avoid consumption of cold eatable items like cold curd, cold water etc. Drink plenty of XXXXXXX warm water and keep yourself hydrated. If you feel body ache or malaise the take paracetamol twice daily for 3 days and do warm saline water gargle.
