Brief Answer:
may be Flu. require detailed evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have undergone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, it may be Flu. Still as having symptoms since one month, so it should be evaluated.

Please let me know do you have burning or frequency of micturition, difficulty in swallowing, breathing difficulties, abdominal pain?

To confirm diagnosis, I would suggest you to do complete haemogram, throat swab, urine routine examination, peripheral smear for malaria, chest x ray after detailed medical examination and physician's opinion.

Till then you can take tab. acetaminophen (Tylenol) 500 mg every 6 hourly and tab. montelukast 10 mg with tab. loratidine (claritin) 10 mg once a day. These medications should be available over the counter.

You may require tab. oseltamivir 75 mg twice a day after consultation. Along with that do saline or betadine gargles. Take steam inhalation. Lozenges may help reduce throat irritation. Kindly avoid aspirin and NSAIDs.

Let me know I can assist you further...

Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale
