Detailed Answer:
Hello Geona,
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query in details...
I can understand your concerns...
First of all, sit down and don't move around for the time being...
Apply some ice/cold compression over the nose (keep the nose pinched while gently putting ice pack/cold compression over it for about 10minutes, breath from your mouth during that time)...Repeat it several times for the next couple of hours...
You should stay rested, avoid any strenuous activities for the time being...Please drink a lot of fluids, avoid nose-picking, don't blow the nose at all...
Have plenty of warm liquids (soups, broth, porridge etc.), drink plenty of water...
If the pain isn't getting controlled with this then you may take a mild painkiller eg. ACETAMINOPHEN/PARACETAMOL 650mg after some food (can be taken up to thrice daily depending on the severity of the pain)...
After a few hours of following this, you may take some steam inhalation twice to thrice daily for the time being...
Since there's no blood, it should get checked with all these advice. However, if despite following this, there's no improvement within a few days, or you notice any new onset blood clots, then I'd recommend getting an ENT check-up for further evaluation...
Let me know if I can assist you further...
Take Care
Kind Regards
