Question: for several reasons recently, i have cried alot; tears cause my eyes to burn badly until the tears dry. why?

Tears have their own unique chemical composition so when they dry our eyes can burn and feel heavy for some time till again the lacrimal cycle starts properly . So that is nothing to be worried about .
