Brief Answer:
May be viral fever. Follow up with details.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, it may be viral fever.

Please let me know do you have cold, cough with phlegm, sore throat, difficulty in swallowing, burning or frequency of micturation, rashes, abdominal pain, joint pain?

To confirm diagnosis, I would suggest you to do complete hemogram, urine examination, peripheral smear for malaria parasite, throat swab after detailed medical examination and physician's opinion.

Till then you can take tablet aceclofenac (Tylenol) 500 mg three times a day. Do saline or Betadine gargles. Kindly avoid aspirin and NSAIDs.

Keep your self hydrated. Take balanced diet. Take proper rest.

Let me know I can assist you further...

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
