For The Past Week Experienced Fatigue , Dull Pain In

Question: for the past week experienced fatigue, dull pain in the center of the chest that comes and goes, neck tired, stiffness in arms. sore throat feels like a lump in throat, tingling on face and arms. Had similar symptoms 4 years ago and had all tests done including stress echo and ct scan and lung function no issues found. Had a physical 2 years ago all was normal. I have scheduled a physical with a new doctor due to a job change l in 2 weeks. Wondering if I should wait for that or see the doctor sooner. Have a history of severe anxiety and been hospitalized twice for that wondering if it's all anxiety as well
Brief Answer:
You can wait
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
If you have severe anxiety issues that is a emotional stress that can manifest as bodily symptoms.
You are very young so the chances of major problems are mild to moderate. Since you had negative tests in the past 4 years I would suggest to wait.
Get a counseling done or meet a psychologist if they are available quickly.
You need constant counselling going by the way you had described here.
Let me know if there are any pressing questions and I can address them promptly.

so you think it's ok to wait the 3 weeks without issue?
Brief Answer:
Counselor
Detailed Answer:
You can wait to see a doctor but you should better take counselor first who can allay your fears. Sometimes too much anxiety can precipitate heart attacks. So you need emotional healing first.
You should meet an expert in counselling since they are first to get an appointment than a doctor in your case.
