For The Past Week Experienced Fatigue , Dull Pain In

different possible causes
Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic
The diagnosis considered for acute/recent onset symptoms is different from chronic symptoms (symptoms that last at least 6 weeks)
The most common cause for acute symptoms would be infection, usually a viral illness. Sometimes the exact nature of the virus is not clear.
Viral infections cause fatigue, joint or muscle pain, dizziness, can affect blood pressure as part of the body's stress response to illness, abnormal sensations such as the tingling.
Electrolyte disturbances can also cause these symptoms to occur eg issues with potassium, sodium , magnesium, calcium. Some electrolyte disturbances can occur due to inadequate fluid intake or increased loss eg increased urination, fever, vomiting or diarrhea
If the symptoms continue beyond the 6 week mark then chronic conditions would then be considered eg autoimmune disorders (eg RA, lupus, scleroderma), chronic infections, chronic illnesses such as liver, heart, kidney conditions (these are not common)
If the symptoms worsen in the next few days prior to your visit or become intolerable then you should be seen but there if is no change then you can consider waiting till this appointment time
I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

It is understandable , with chest discomfort to be concerned the heart; but it is not usually associated with the sore throat, neck stiffness and the tingling
Severe heart disease can cause fatigue but this occurs in persons with severe heart failure, which would have been diagnosed. It is not a sudden onset condition, heart failure worsens over a period of years.
If you still concerned or if the chest discomfort worsens, then you can have an ECG done to look at the heart rate and rhythm
