Brief Answer:
TLC and DLC are required to know the cause of raised white blood counts
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.
I can understand from your query that your white blood count is remaining high from some time.
However, I will be able to give better opinion if I know the total leukocyte count (TLC) and differential leukocyte count (DLC).
Kindly, post the laboratory test report on the portal.
Thanks

Brief Answer:
Lymphocytic leukocytosis s/o viral infection, chronic inflammatory condition
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome again,
Your laboratory reports show mildly increased white blood cells and elevated lymphocytes.
Lymphocytes are elevated in conditions like viral infections, tubercular infection, chronic inflammatory conditions, etc.
I suggest you to get ESR (erythrocyte sedimentation rate) and CRP (C-reactive peptide).
Lymphocytosis along with elevated ESR and elevated CRP is suggestive of chronic inflammatory condition.
Thanks and take care
