Question: from 15 days my wife suffering with loose motion, in 15 days we consulted doctor, doctor prescribed medicine, and some tests, like blood ,and motion tests, yesterday medicine changed ,and prescribed " Rifagut 400" but today mornning 5 times loose motion.pl advise

Sporolac tablet 1 tablet three times to be added .
Take care of her hydration status .
If there is decreased urine output or increased thirst , ORS should be given .
Give ORS in small sips at a time, not whole glass .
Rifagut usually gives result in 2 days .
If she is more troubled, then next better option is drug Racecadrotil , one tablet two times a day .
These racecadrotil and sporolac are available in your whole country of XXXXXXX .
Donot worry , she will get relief soon .
