Question: from Down to waist & Upto hills,
Feeling Muscles Cramp, Stress In Thigh, leg , Feeling light pain and Lazyness in full body. Continuous from one month.
same problem occurred in last year May-June.
During these time Digestion is normal
but urinal output become very low, Only 2 times in 24hours.

Thanks for your advice.
I have taken fluid more than previous days .. but even after that urin output is very low as compared to my normal.
And I have no any other problems like diabetes, etc.
But last year I had traced Vit D3 Low.
I had taken pills and diet to recover that.
