Brief Answer:
Please refer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After reviewing the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that in first glance your problem seems to be what we call Claustrophobia ( discomfort or feeling of uneasiness in closed spaces).

However as you are a cardiac patient and have already underwent bypass surgery in the past so we need to keep that also in mind. So,

1. I would like to see your latest cardiac test reports like ecg, echocardiogram, blood sugar or HBA1C

2. Also any other symptoms if you are experiencing like swelling in lower limbs, breathlessness or chest discomfort etc.

3. Any other associated medical illness

4. Smoking habit?

kindly revert back with the required information for proper guidance.

kind Regards
