Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX
Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor' service...
I've gone through your query in details...
I can understand your concern...
Well, this seems like an ongoing infective issue. Dark urine despite drinking plenty of water, along with the history of fever and dull ache just below the right side of the rib cage, such persistent fatigue and weakness, could all be secondary to some infection (few specific infections like E.Coli and Enteric fever should be ruled out first in this scenario).
I'd recommend a thorough set of investigations, i.e. Hemogram with peripheral blood smear, LFT, amylase, lipase, KFT, along with 2 sets of blood Culture and sensitivity, Urine routine analysis and Culture, sensitivity study. An Ultrasonogram of the abdomen should also be done to look into it thoroughly.
This mostly seems like secondary to some infections, so this thorough set of investigations should be done to find out the root cause. Management can be done based on the findings.
Meanwhile, please continue drinking lots of mineral water, have easily digested home-made foods, plenty of warm broth, soup etc.
Please discuss this with your doctor and proceed accordingly...
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take Care
Kind Regards
