i have done testicle scan and the doctor says my testicles are fine,and all in order

what else should i do next

i have sleep dosturbances at times ,fatique,erectile dysfunction ,low limbido ,

but my muscles are all intact ,recently am having hairs grow out more often on my body so maybe we can wait for the layest hormonal profile result to be ready so you can advice me what to do ahead,i still have all this symptoms listed,when i sleep when i feel better with the fatique but the sleep disturbance wouldnt let me have it always and the rest of the symptoms are still there

i ejaculate normal and there are sperm ,the test say my testicle is okay so i am wondering what might be causing my low drive if testesterone then why do i have normal muscles and new heaira still coming out recently..i will be gladly waiting for your reaponse Thanks alot

i feel like my head is not stable ,i get hungry yet i dont have apetite at all,once i get hungry i feel like my body lacks alot,i feel like my head is going insane when i am hungry,very instable ,i feel like i am full inside,like i used to yawn alot before when this all started,i feel like weak and i have sour throat maybe my immune is poor or i dont just know ,when i get good rest i feel little better other times i feel horrible i feel stressed when ever i stay out and my total temperature goes very high that i sweat alot and feel unable to handle heat,when i bath cold shower i feel much calm..i think i just have to wait till my hormonal peofile is out to know why all this problems if my thyroid is okay or if i have any issue i dont know ..

also i forgot to mention i feel slight fever along the neck and when i breath out aor through thr mouth its usually hot..i took some loratidine to help with my nasal congestion because i do have most tomes and sputum in when i cough i dont know if all this is related or if this is a different issue

also i forgot to mention,i urinate alot and easily gets thirsty

i feel lithergy ,slugish to do anything ,lack of multivation,i feel heavy ,easily stressed out ,i sweat alot,i dont survive under hot temperature ,once i get hot the sittuation worstens then it feels like my brain is on fire like i have been thinking about too much,the sittuation feels like when i am handling alot of stressful day and gets stressed out,but the truth there is nothing actially stressful in my life

but whenever i over heat and feel the temperature then the stress comes in i feel like i have alot on done,restless until i eat and take some cold shower

then when i am not in this state especially when i am calm , i still feel full and sluggish,lethergy ,most importantly loss of apetite ...am not myself

can lack of sleep possibly be a cause to all this issues,i am wondering

i am very fit and not obesse ,i have good quantiy of hair growth and good muscles,my hormone result for FSH ,lH and testesterone would be available soon ..will inform you once i have it

sir what did you have to say about the rashes that appear on my neck and why i feel so warm and hot arround the eyes and inside my mouth ,my yawning feels hot and my air from the mouth feeks equally hot ,i suspect the continious inner fever is exactly thre cause of my tiredness and this rashes are having me confussed

also i urinate frequently,feel easily thirsty,and most times my skin is dry especiall my penile slin and my hands and leg,slightly dry,i dont know if this is normal or it may quide you with your investigation whej the result is ready,thanks alot,i honestly appreciate

i had hypothyroidsm drom my first test but it went back to normal,we can check once the latest hormonal profile is ready
