Brief Answer:
Can be due to a sprain.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to us.

After a strain of the biceps muscle, it is normal to have some difficulty in moving the arm. You are already taking an oral muscle relaxant. This should subside in the next 5-7 days with proper rest.

Avoid all the painful movements and let them heal.
In case there is severe pain or swelling, do consult an Orthopedician for a direct clinical examination.

Hope this answer is helpful.
Any further questions are welcome.

Regards.
