There are no family history of ang, no burning itching pain during the movement of his eyeballs no fever no pain. I am concern because it's not going away. I realize that this happened after he had he teeth clean at the end of November and it's been swelling ever since. I am not sure if that would have anything with it
Brief Answer:
Not related to the dental procedure - looks like allergy
Detailed Answer:
Hello...By what you say, and also from the images, I feel that it is a simple skin allergy called Urticaria in medical terms.
I am sorry for the symptoms but they can be really irritating and persistent.
The trick of management is that you need to be getting an antihistamine at regular intervals round the clock into the system to keep the allergic response at bay.
I suggest -
1. Tablet Hydroxizine 25mg at 12am/6am/12pm/6pm
2. Syr Benadryl (12.5mg/5ml) 10ml at 3am/9am/3pm/9pm
3. Topical emollients and lotions will help.
4. Do not apply Calamine lotion as sometimes it may aggravate the situation please.
