Hi Thanks for posting the query,

As mentioned by you, you have already done the scan and consulted a gynecologist, some times it's normal to see the bleeding, it would stop on it's own, If it increases then you would need a close monitoring by giving medication, like progesterone supplements.

Kindly do visit your gynaecologist after a week again.
