- I could not notice well the bumps on the scalp, how big are them? Are they red? Are they only on one area of the scalp or spread? Can you attach another picture or two with the bumps being more visible?
- do they cause any discomfort to you, pain, itchiness, dandruff?
- do you have hair loss with them?
- have you done any tests or examinations related to this condition?
- do you have any lesions in other areas of the skin or mouth lesions?
- any joint problems?
- other people at home having similar symptoms?
- do you use any drugs regularly for other conditions?

There are also small bumps on his chest.
They are both clear and red..3 days and lumps are large. Bigger then a marble..very painful.lumps are under the scalp while the smaller bumps almost resemble poison ivy

Thank you for the pictures, i was able to see the lesions better.
There are some causes of lesions on the skin from yeast infection, bacterial infection and local reaction similar like dermatitis to a systemic condition (a problem somewhere else in the body that might cause skin lesions as well) or due to medications reactions if he is using any medications.
If the lesions have been there for only 3 days and they have spread so much it is not very likely to be a yeast infection but dermatitis and bacterial infection can actually spread and develop quite quick.
If he is using a medication regularly this is very important information as sometimes reaction to medications might show up with similar lesions.
It is safer to have a visit with the doctor and decide on treatment. It might be helpful to try oral antibiotics like augmentin (if he is not allergic to peniciliins) and a local steroid cream like betamethasone twice a day. The antibiotic would take care in case of a bacterial infection and the steroid for the local dermatitis and inflammation. Meanwhile try to avoid contact with any possible chemical that might aggravate the lesions.
If no improvement in 3-4 days or any worsening he will need to let his doctor know again and possibly consider systemic conditions and then tests might be needed to make sure things are well.

He does not take any medications, and he does not have insurance, so we were hoping if it was anything less than cancer or a lymph node condition we could find an over the counter remedy, I got lavender oil, benzoyl peroxide, and bactine XXXXXXX .if it does not stop growing or spreading within the next 3-4 days, we will have no choice but to go to the doctor. Are there any natural or otc steroids or antibiotics?
