Have A Weird Rash On My Inner Arm. I Have

Question: have a weird rash on my inner arm. I have seen my GP who is sending a photo of the rash to the dermatologist but this can take several weeks. What do you think they will say it is?
The rash appeared a few weeks ago. Is completely painless. Is flat to the skin/ non scaly. It just looks like XXXXXXX patches.
I have no other symptoms and have not been unwell.
At first I thought it could be livedo reticularis but my GP although not sure what it is does not think it is this.
It just looks like bruising under the skin.

Brief Answer:
Regarding reticular pattern pigmentation in underarm area
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and noted your concern.
It looks like staining from leaked blood, consequent to friction and ill fitted clothes. Sometimes it can persist for a long time. I suggest you to take an oral Vitamin C supplement once a day for a few weeks. You may also apply a moderately potent topical steroid e.g either fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream or triamcinolone acetonide 0.1% cream, twice daily.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
