Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Welcome to 'Ask a Doctor' service!

I reviewed carefully your medical history and would explain that your actual complaints need to be further investigated between a digestive disorder, a basal pleura inflammation, or a musculoskeletal disorder (including a backbone degenerative disorder).

The alternative of pregnancy is excluded after tube ligation.

You should discuss with your attending physician (GP or Internist) for a careful differential diagnosis workup, including a careful physical examination, chest X-ray study, abdominal ultrasound, lateral backbone X-ray study, etc.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

In case of any further questions, feel free to ask me again.

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
