Since when are you having the itching?- 15 days, it happens intermittently
Are you having any rashes?- no
Have you used any medication?- no
Is the rash present on both the elbows? - itching on both elbows
any color discoloration seen? - bit white
Do you have dry skin on elbows?- yes

Hi Thanks for the follow up
The itching is likely to be due to dryness.
Apply Cetaphil moisturizer cream two times a day.
use mild soap or body wash.
If the symptom doesn't subside then you can apply Hydrocortisone 1 percent in the night for a week, this is available only on prescription, so kindly see if your doctor can prescribe the same.
