You have not mentioned your gender and age in your query which carry importance in making suggestions and precise comments on your problems/Please feedback the same .

Symptoms that you have could be mostly due to what is called as Fissure in Anus and needs to consult qualified surgeon or Urologist for clinical and Rectal examination in person.

Get following basic tests done to establish diagnosis .
1) Urine routine and Urine culture
2) Stool examination .

Further treatment will depend upon clinical findings and results of these tests.

In the mean time you can start taking combination of antibiotics like Ofloxacin and Tinidazole twice daily along with pain killer like Brufen twice daily .
