Question: having gynecomastia plastic surgery on my chest 6 days ago, I had liposuction on my breast. i was put under general anesthetic for the operation, I am in recovery but am also a student who wants to get social again. I was wondering how long after this kind of surgery until I can drink alcohol. and also what are the effects of recreational drug use at this phase,
also any tips for coping with surgery

I have read your query and here is my advise.

* As per my surgical experience, gynecomastia surgery through liposuction has excellent
results and faster healing period.

* The intake of alcohol can be allowable if there is no current
medications going on for the recovery of the surgery and if certain drugs are to be
consumed, then you should refrain from the same.

I was mainly concerned about traces of anesthetic mixing and damaging my heart. I am fully XXXXXXX and able to move to an extent. the main substance of discussion is cocaine, speaking theoretically, and I know its never good to take anything, but will I be ok.

* There are no traces of anesthetic drugs now remaining in the bloodstream after the duration of
6 days period.

* As far as cocaine consumption is concerned, it is recommended to consume less than
the average ( which was there before surgery ) to be on a safer side.

theoretically not fine to consume cocaine with paracetamol.

Hi,

* As there are many interactions at micro molecular levels in liver enzyme system and elsewhere,
I never recommend cocaine with paracetamol to any postoperative patient.

thank you, so can you say you think that I should be fine theoretically, it was mainly the paranoia of whether the combination of paracetamol and cocaine would be safe after my surgery
