Question: having pain in diaphragm area when exercising or even minimal physical tasks. I stop and pain goes away

2. can you please pin point exact area of diaphragm where pain is present? e.g stomach area, right upper abdomen or left upper abdomen or in chest
3. any previous history of similar complaint?
3. any history of trauma?
4. are you on any medication?
5. do you or anyone in the family has history of diabetes, hypertension, heart problem or other illness?
6. does pain occur in chest as well?
7. any association of pain with food?
