not able to let semin go out. not able to ejackulate. sorry for the bad spelling. pain happens because I think there must be some blockage. It leaks out latter in the night.

Inability to ejaculate at this age is mainly due to two factors
1) Less production of Semen
2) Decreased Testosterone secretion by testicles
Consult qualified Urologist for clinical examination and get following basic tests done to establish cause for the same.
1) Blood sugar levels to rule out Diabetes .
2) Serum Testosterone levels
3) Endoscopic Examination of urethral passage to rule out blockage (Cystosocpy)
Taking Cialis 5 mg daily and 20 mg on the day of planned sexual activities will help to increase libido and achieve hard erection and have enjoyable sex .
