Brief Answer:
Need surgery

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through the scan report.
You need to get a direct check up with a gyneacologist and get few ovarian tumor marker tests done.
You will definitely need surgery to remove the fibroids.Same time ovarian cyst also can be removed. Laparoscopy is the better option.
Wishing you speedy recovery
