So the hair-fall is because of the hard water of XXXXXXX which I am to use for hair wash. Now I have started using bislery water.
Upon your questions:
1. Severe hair fall means how much is it: Bund of hair while using the comb.
2.how many hairs are falling in a day: 30-40 (maybe)
3. Are you having any bald patches? - No
4. Do you have any medical conditions? - No
5. How did it start? - from last year because of water change and the water is very hard.
6. Are you taking any medicines? - No
Can you suggest some oil, shampoo, or remedies which can help reduce the falling of hair. I have already started using bislery water instead of tap water.
I don't prefer to take medicines.
Please suggest. Hope this will help.

Foltene lotion maybe used.
Biotin tablets in dose more than 3 mg can also be helpful (e.g biotin forte 10 mg by Zydus).
Water by RO system is lesser TDS than bisleri which has added minerals.
